BLAC is a non-governmental, non-profit organization committed to promoting human dignity, social inclusion, and sustainable development across underserved communities in Nigeria.

Who We Are
Better Leven Advancement Centre (BLAC) is a grassroots, non-partisan NGO established in 2005 and registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).
We work from the community level upward—mobilizing, training, and advocating for inclusive policies and sustainable change, especially for women, youth, children, and persons with disabilities.
Our Vision
A society where the rights of disadvantaged groups are protected, promoted, and prioritized through sustainable policy reforms guided by human rights and dignity.
Our Mission
To develop community-based social enterprises that promote education, employability, and entrepreneurship among underserved women, men, and children—while advocating for safe, inclusive, and secure livelihoods.
